About Motored
Motored is an online marketplace for used car parts. Car dismantlers and other sellers list parts taken from vehicles; buyers in Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Poland and other EU countries order them online, pay through Motored and receive them by DPD. Motored is operated by UAB Motored, a company registered in Vilnius, Lithuania.
How your purchase is protected
Seller verification
Sellers are paid through Stripe, which verifies each seller's identity and bank account (KYC) before the first payout. Sellers who have completed it carry the “Verified” badge.
Escrowed payments
When you pay, the money sits in a Motored escrow account. Funds release to the seller only after you confirm the part fits. You have 14 days to raise a dispute — control stays with you the whole way.
14-day returns
You can return a part within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason (return shipping is then on you). If a part is defective or does not match its listing, the seller covers return shipping and you get a full refund of the price and the original shipping.
Disputes & returns
You have 14 days from delivery to open a dispute directly from the order page. Our team reviews evidence, talks with both sides, and decides within 3 business days.
